Double reminders after moving a booking

Moving a booking on the day of the appointment could send the 2-hour reminder twice. That's fixed.

If you moved a booking within a few hours of its start time, some clients got the same text reminder twice. Sorry about that.

We've fixed the cause, and no client will get more than one reminder per booking for each rule. Text credits used by the duplicates have been added back to affected accounts.
