Waiting lists for fully booked days
Clients can join a waiting list for a day or a team member. When a slot opens, the first person gets a text with a link to grab it.
Fully booked Saturdays are a good problem, until someone cancels at 8am and the slot sits empty. Waiting lists fix that.
How it works
Turn it on per service in Settings, Online booking
Clients choose a day and, if they like, a team member
When a matching slot opens, we text the first person on the list
If they don't book within 30 minutes, the next person gets it
Waiting lists are included in Team and Multi-site plans.
